3. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or currency

Content on the Site is compiled from publicly available sources and general research. It may be incomplete, outdated, oversimplified, or simply wrong.

Military information changes constantly and without notice. This includes but is not limited to: pay and allowances, enlistment and signing bonuses, ASVAB and line score requirements, physical and medical standards, security clearance requirements, training pipelines and their length, certifications, occupational specialty availability, contract lengths and terms, benefits, and eligibility rules.

Any figure, requirement, benefit, certification, or job description on this Site may be inaccurate or out of date at the moment you read it. Bonus amounts in particular change frequently and are subject to eligibility conditions we cannot know or verify.

The only authoritative sources are official government publications, an official recruiter, and the terms of the enlistment or commissioning contract you personally sign. Verify everything before you act on it.

Military service is inherently dangerous. It carries unavoidable risks including, without limitation, serious bodily injury, permanent disability, disfigurement, traumatic brain injury, hearing and vision loss, exposure to toxic or hazardous substances, infectious disease, psychological and psychiatric injury including post-traumatic stress, and death.

No military occupational specialty is safe. Nothing on this Site should be read as suggesting that any military role is safe, low-risk, risk-free, or free from the possibility of injury or death. Civilian career information on this Site is general and illustrative. Veterans' outcomes vary enormously based on individual circumstances, performance, location, economic conditions, licensing requirements, and many other factors.
